Some adopted characters (and not others)

Three characters were "cherry-picked" from the previous analysis in order to separate Notolomus from the Phyllotrogina including Cotithene. All are unreversed and otherwise unambiguous. This is not exactly arbitrary and will increase the homology/homoplasy rate slightly, thereby improving (under some notion) the tree statistics.

A more problematic character that would separate Cyclanthura and Ganglionus from the putative Cotithene-Terioltes clades is left out. It is reversed in Ganglionus and furthermore less "black-and-white" in its states. It is also not needed for the analysis of relationships within Cotithene.
